Meet PuPu Works and Its Leading Pig, Xiaobi
If we had to introduce Xiaobi in one sentence, it would be this: a little pig who is somewhat laid-back, and every so often goes all out on mischief.
She is where PuPu Works began. You could even say that PuPu Works is a world that grew out of Xiaobi.
The earliest version of Xiaobi actually appeared back in the summer of 2020, already built around the same design idea: a round face and a tiny snout. But the creator’s drive to make things faded sharply soon after, so this little snout-filled world never had the chance to grow.
It was not until late 2025 that Xiaobi, given fresh attention and support by the creator’s friends, was finally brought back to life, this time with a fuller set of colours and a more settled shape. Not long after that, the idea of PuPu Works came along too.
PuPu Works means ‘the birthplace of all sorts of round little friends’.
And so, after Xiaobi came Tan and Spotty, with many more little friends still to be born.
In Xiaobi’s eyes, this world is coming alive bit by bit, and she has more and more playmates.
Which is why this already mischief-loving pig has slowly picked up a new hobby: teasing Tan! The reason is simple. When Tan gets angry, his puffed-up cheeks look far too cute to Xiaobi.
Even though the little friends often cannot work out what is going on in Xiaobi’s head, they still love playing with her more than anything. After all, with Xiaobi around, an ordinary day suddenly turns colourful.
All of which fits Xiaobi’s theory of living: make every day a little more fun.
If you have grown fond of this little pig too, come over to Characters and get to know her!
