如發生消費爭議，本工作室將依主管機關或消費者之要求，提供負責人之真實身分資料。In the event of a consumer dispute, we will provide the operator’s verified identity details at the request of the consumer or the competent authority.
二、適用範圍與同意2. Scope and acceptance
本條款適用於本網站的瀏覽、商城購物與桌布下載。您開始使用本網站或送出訂單，即表示已閱讀並同意本條款。These terms apply to browsing this site, shopping in our store, and downloading wallpapers. Using the site or placing an order means you have read and accepted them.
未滿十八歲者，請由法定代理人閱讀並同意本條款後，再使用本網站的購物功能。If you are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian read and agree to these terms before using our shopping features.
本網站未提供會員註冊，購物不需建立帳號密碼。若您發現有人冒用您的姓名或電話下單，請立即與我們聯繫，我們會暫停該筆訂單的處理。This site has no member registration; you do not need an account or password to shop. If you find someone has ordered using your name or phone number, contact us immediately and we will suspend processing of that order.
三、契約解釋原則3. How these terms are read
- 本條款如有疑義，應為有利於消費者之解釋。
- 交易雙方同意以電子文件作為表示方法。
- 本條款中英文版本如有歧異，以中文版為準。
- Where any clause is ambiguous, it is interpreted in the consumer’s favour.
- Both parties agree that electronic documents constitute a valid form of expression.
- If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
四、商品資訊4. Product information
商品頁面所載之商品名稱、價格、內容、規格與其他相關資訊，為本契約之一部分。The product name, price, description, specifications and other information shown on a product page form part of this contract.
商品照片以實際商品拍攝，不同螢幕的色彩呈現略有差異。若您收到的商品與頁面描述不符，請依「退換貨與退款政策」與我們聯繫。Product photos show the actual item; colours vary between screens. If what you receive does not match the description, contact us under our Returns & Refunds policy.
商品、價格與庫存以結帳頁面顯示者為準。The items, prices and stock shown at checkout are definitive.
五、訂購與契約成立5. Placing an order
送出訂單前，結帳頁面會列出商品種類、數量、單價、運費與應付總額，請確認無誤後再送出。Before you submit, the checkout page lists the items, quantities, unit prices, shipping fee and total. Please check them first.
您送出訂單後，契約即為成立。The contract is formed once you submit your order.
商品標價如因疏失而有明顯錯誤時，我們會主動與您聯繫，並得取消該筆訂單；您已支付的款項將全額退還，不另收取費用。If a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we will contact you and may cancel that order. Anything you have paid is refunded in full at no cost to you.
限量商品得訂定每位消費者每次訂購的數量上限，並於商品頁標示。訂購數量超過上限時，我們將依上限出貨，並事先與您聯繫。Limited items may carry a per-order quantity cap, shown on the product page. If you order above the cap we will ship up to the cap and contact you first.
六、付款方式6. Payment
本工作室提供的付款方式包含超商取貨付款、銀行匯款、信用卡與行動支付。實際可選用者以結帳頁面顯示為準。We accept pay-on-pickup at convenience stores, bank transfer, credit card and mobile payment. The methods actually available are those shown at checkout.
以信用卡或行動支付付款時，付款資訊由金流服務商處理，本工作室不會取得或保存您的完整信用卡卡號。For card and mobile payments, your payment details are handled by the payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
本工作室提供的付款方式不涉及小額信用貸款，也不會產生利息或其他債權債務關係。None of our payment methods involve consumer credit, interest or any other debt arrangement.
七、配送、運費與取貨7. Delivery, shipping fees and pickup
本工作室提供超商取貨。您可於結帳時選擇取貨門市，我們會依您選定的門市寄送。實際可選用的配送方式以結帳頁面顯示為準。We ship to convenience stores. Choose your pickup store at checkout and we will send it there. The delivery options actually available are those shown at checkout.
運費由消費者負擔，依所選配送方式計價。金額與免運門檻以結帳頁面顯示為準，並會在您送出訂單前列入應付總額。Shipping is paid by the customer and priced by the delivery method chosen. The amount and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout and included in your total before you submit.
商品備妥後寄出，包裹送達門市時由超商通知您取件。遇連假、物流延誤或商品缺貨，我們會主動與您聯繫。We ship once your items are ready, and the store notifies you when the parcel arrives. If holidays, courier delays or stock issues arise, we will contact you.
八、未取貨之處理8. Uncollected parcels
包裹送達門市後，請於超商公告的保管期限內取件。若有特殊原因導致無法取貨，請先與我們聯繫。Please collect your parcel within the store’s holding period. If something prevents you from collecting it, contact us first.
無正當理由未取貨者，本工作室保留拒絕其後續訂單之權利，並得請求負擔該筆訂單往返之運費。Where a parcel is left uncollected without good reason, we reserve the right to decline future orders and to seek the round-trip shipping cost for that order.
九、預購商品9. Pre-orders
預購商品會在商品頁標示「預購」與預計出貨時間。預計時間如有變動，我們會主動通知您，您也可以取消該筆訂單。Pre-order items are labelled as such on the product page with an estimated ship date. If that date changes we will tell you, and you may cancel the order.
同一筆訂單如同時包含預購與現貨商品，將於全部到齊後一併出貨。若需先寄出現貨，請與我們聯繫，分批出貨的運費另計。If one order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we ship everything together once complete. If you need the in-stock items first, contact us; split shipments are charged separately.
預購、限量商品同樣適用消費者保護法第十九條的七日解除權。Pre-orders and limited editions also carry the seven-day right of withdrawal under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
十、退換貨與契約解除10. Returns and withdrawal
您得依消費者保護法第十九條第一項行使相關權利。七日解除權的行使方式、排除適用的商品、退回與退款流程，詳見「退換貨與退款政策」。You may exercise your rights under Article 19(1) of the Consumer Protection Act. How to withdraw, which items are excluded, and how returns and refunds work are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
十一、個人資料保護11. Personal data
本工作室遵守個人資料保護法及相關法令規定。蒐集的個資項目、利用目的與期間、您可以行使的權利，詳見「隱私權政策」。We comply with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act. What we collect, why, for how long, and the rights you can exercise are set out in our Privacy Policy.
十二、智慧財產權12. Intellectual property
本網站的角色設計、插畫、貼圖、桌布、文章、照片與文案，其著作權及其他智慧財產權均屬本工作室或合法權利人所有。The character designs, illustrations, stickers, wallpapers, articles, photos and copy on this site are owned by us or by their rightful owners.
- 未經事先書面同意，不得重製、改作、散布、公開傳輸或作商業利用。
- 不得將本工作室的角色或圖像製成商品販售，或用於他人品牌之宣傳。
- 不得將本網站的圖像作為人工智慧生成模型的訓練或參考素材，包含風格模仿。
- 免費桌布另有使用規範，詳見「桌布與角色圖像使用規範」。
- No reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public transmission or commercial use without our prior written consent.
- Our characters and artwork may not be made into goods for sale or used to promote another brand.
- Our artwork may not be used to train or prompt AI generative models, including style imitation.
- Free wallpapers have their own rules — see the Wallpaper & Artwork Licence.
十三、使用者行為13. Acceptable use
使用本網站時，請勿以自動化程式大量擷取網站內容、干擾訂單與結帳功能、以不實資料下單或大量惡意下單、散布惡意程式，或從事其他違反法令或侵害他人權益之行為。Please do not scrape the site with automated tools, interfere with ordering and checkout, place orders with false details or in bad faith, distribute malware, or otherwise break the law or harm others.
十四、服務中斷14. Service interruptions
本網站可能因維護，或因天災、停電、網路及第三方服務中斷等不可歸責於本工作室之事由而暫停或中斷。可預期之維護，我們會儘可能事先公告。The site may pause for maintenance, or because of events outside our control such as natural disasters, power cuts, or network and third-party outages. We announce planned maintenance where we can.
前項情形，本工作室仍應依法就可歸責於本工作室之事由負其責任。This does not release us from liability for anything that is our fault.
十五、條款之修訂15. Changes to these terms
本工作室得因法令變更或服務調整而修訂本條款。修訂時，將更新本頁的「最後更新日」，並於部落格「公告」分類發布通知。We may revise these terms when the law or our service changes. We update the “last updated” date on this page and post a notice in the News category of our blog.
修訂後的條款，僅適用於修訂生效後才成立的訂單；在此之前已成立的訂單，仍適用您訂購當時的條款。Revised terms apply only to orders placed after they take effect. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force when you ordered.
十六、消費爭議處理16. Consumer disputes
對商品或服務有任何疑問，請先透過電子郵件（pupuworks0127@gmail.com）或 LINE 官方帳號與我們聯繫，我們會於 3 個工作日內回覆並協助處理。If something is wrong, email us at pupuworks0127@gmail.com or message our LINE Official Account first. We reply within 3 business days and will help sort it out.
若無法達成共識，您可以向消費者服務專線 1950、行政院消費者保護會，或您所在地的直轄市、縣（市）政府消費者服務中心提出申訴，或依法申請調解。If we cannot reach agreement, you may call the consumer hotline 1950, contact the Consumer Protection Committee, or complain to your local consumer service centre, or apply for mediation.
十七、準據法與管轄法院17. Governing law and jurisdiction
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，其管轄法院依消費者保護法第四十七條或民事訴訟法第四百三十六條之九規定定之。These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Jurisdiction over any dispute is determined under Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act or Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
