一、適用範圍1. Scope
本政策適用於本網站及其商城功能。瀏覽一般頁面時，您不需要提供任何個人資料。This policy covers this site and its shop. Browsing our regular pages requires no personal data.
本網站連結的外部平台有各自的隱私權政策，不適用本政策。External platforms we link to have their own privacy policies, which apply instead of this one.
二、蒐集的個人資料與目的2. What we collect and why
本工作室基於「商品買賣」與「消費者、客戶管理與服務」之目的，蒐集下列個人資料：For the purposes of selling goods and managing customer service, we collect:
- 訂購資料：姓名、行動電話、電子郵件、聯絡地址、LINE ID、取貨門市、訂單備註，以及您訂購的商品內容與金額。用於確認訂單、出貨、對帳與後續客服。
- 退款資料：金融機構名稱、帳號與戶名。僅用於該次退款，退款完成後即停止利用。
- 未取貨紀錄：無正當理由未取貨之訂單，其姓名與行動電話。作為後續是否接受訂單之判斷依據，不會對外提供或公布。
- 客服往來紀錄：您與我們聯繫時所提供的內容。
- Order details: name, mobile number, email, address, LINE ID, pickup store, order notes, and the items and amounts you ordered — used to confirm, ship, reconcile and support your order.
- Refund details: bank name, account number and account holder name, used only for that refund and not afterwards.
- Uncollected-order records: the name and mobile number on orders left uncollected without good reason, used to decide whether to accept future orders. Never shared or published.
- Support correspondence: whatever you send us when you get in touch.

三、利用之期間、地區、對象及方式3. Period, region, recipients and manner of use
- 期間：自蒐集之日起至上述目的消失為止；交易紀錄依商業會計法、稅捐稽徵法等相關法令應保存之期間，於該期間內保存。
- 地區：中華民國，以及本工作室所委託之服務提供者所在地。該所在地可能包含中華民國境外，您的個人資料可能因此傳輸至境外。
- 對象：本工作室，以及為完成訂單所必要之物流、金流與系統服務提供者。
- 方式：以電子檔案儲存，並於必要範圍內傳輸。
- Period: from collection until the above purposes end; transaction records are kept for the retention periods required by accounting and tax law.
- Region: Taiwan (R.O.C.) and wherever our service providers are located, which may be outside Taiwan; your data may therefore be transferred abroad.
- Recipients: us, plus the logistics, payment and system providers needed to complete your order.
- Manner: stored as electronic records and transmitted only as necessary.
本工作室不會將您的個人資料作為上述目的以外之利用，也不會提供、交換或販售給前述必要對象以外之第三人。We do not use your data beyond these purposes, and we never share, trade or sell it to anyone outside those necessary recipients.
四、瀏覽器本機儲存4. Browser storage
本網站不使用第三方分析或廣告 Cookie，也不追蹤您在其他網站的行為。下列資料會儲存在您的瀏覽器，不會傳送給我們：We use no third-party analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. The following is stored in your own browser and never sent to us:
- 深色模式與語言切換的偏好設定。
- 購物袋內容與收藏清單。
- Your dark-mode and language preferences.
- Your shopping bag and wishlist.
您可以隨時透過瀏覽器設定清除這些資料。清除後購物袋與收藏清單會一併消失，已成立的訂單不受影響。本工作室日後如啟用第三方分析服務，將更新本政策並於部落格「公告」分類說明。You can clear this at any time in your browser settings; your bag and wishlist go with it, but orders already placed are unaffected. If we later enable third-party analytics, we will update this policy and post a notice in our blog’s News category.
五、委外與第三方服務5. Processors and third parties
以信用卡或行動支付付款時，付款資訊由金流服務商依其隱私權政策處理，本工作室不會取得或保存您的完整信用卡卡號。For card and mobile payments, your payment details are handled by the payment provider under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number.
本工作室對受託之服務提供者善盡監督管理之責。We supervise the providers we entrust with your data.
六、您可以行使的權利6. Your rights
依個人資料保護法第三條，就本工作室保有的個人資料，您可以行使下列權利：Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may:
- 查詢或請求閱覽。
- 請求製給複製本。
- 請求補充或更正。
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
- 請求刪除。
- Enquire about or review your data.
- Request a copy.
- Request that it be supplemented or corrected.
- Request that we stop collecting, processing or using it.
- Request deletion.

依法令規定應保存之交易紀錄，於法定保存期間內無法刪除；我們會停止該等資料於法定義務以外的利用。Transaction records we must keep by law cannot be deleted during the statutory retention period, but we will stop using them beyond that legal obligation.
您可以自由選擇是否提供個人資料。但若未提供結帳所需的必填資料，我們將無法為您完成訂單、寄送商品或提供售後服務。Providing your data is voluntary, but without the required checkout details we cannot complete your order, ship it, or support it afterwards.
七、未成年人7. Minors
未滿十八歲者，請由法定代理人閱讀、瞭解並同意本政策後，再提供個人資料或進行訂購。If you are under 18, please have a parent or legal guardian read and agree to this policy before you provide any data or place an order.
八、政策之修訂8. Changes to this policy
本政策如有修訂，將更新本頁的「最後更新日」，並於部落格「公告」分類發布通知。If this policy changes we update the “last updated” date here and post a notice in our blog’s News category.
